I found this on TWF and thought I would share it here with you guys, this is probably the best 10 minute rant I have ever heard. I laughed almost the whole way through with this whining dude!
It's even funnier when you consider he has fully paid up and the comp has been out for ages apparently?
ENJOY!

I gather from the comments he's just crying because the competition organisers have put in restrictions to stop him running a grossly overpowered list. The problem with people spamming chariots or whatever to make overpowered lists is that they forget other people want to have fun at these events. GW don't make balanced rules sets, or they leave them easily exploitable. Just because it's fun for you to build a list that exploits one thing in the army book doesn't mean it's fair or fun for anyone else.

I played at the Colonial GT when it had restrictions like this - loved it.
I can understand basic "Can't have 3 Helldrakes" "Can't spam a unit that obviously will be spammed"
Some of these bannings he's cursing about aren't even that mig of a deal. "Oh no all troll army" - Please show me pictures of an army where someone runs that lmao

And of course naturally all these TO's know better than GW.
What he said is 100% on the mark, that being said, if you think comp is crap (it is), then you don't attend comped events, then you can play warhammer and they can play ETChammer or Crossroadshammer or whatever they want and everyone is happy.

I do agree with him on one thing: I don't even trust GW to balance the game, and I trust the players even less. Never was a fan of comp for that reason, too many whiners playing this game who think everything that beats them is "WAAC" and would ban everything but the armies they know they can steamroll if they were given the chance.
That said, I don't really understand the situation here. Did they release the rules pack after taking everyone's money, and then tell people who didn't like the comp "Sorry, non-refundable!"? Because that sounds pretty fething douchey to me. If the guy went ahead and paid and then read the rules pack after then that's kinda his own fault.

Can I ask what's OP about Nurgle Chariots? I mean, it's just a -1 to be hit in CC, right? Shoot a cannon at it, it'll go down. Bolt throwers and magic work too. Shrug. Hell, I still don't even know what's OP about the Nurgle Prince. If somebody can post in the thread or PM me as to not derail, I'd appreciate it.
On topic, if the tourney said it was comped beforehand and he didn't read it, he's an ass. If they took everyone's money THEN said it was comped, the TOs are asses. Pretty simple.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

This guy is a tool. There is plenty of major tournament events with little to no comp system. Probably even more to be honest. I have ran and have the chariot Nurgle DP spam list, but understand that I can't take it to every event. This guy needs to grow up...
