Trying to put together a DA list. This is what I've come up with.

Plan to DWA the hammer/knights and belial and hold up enemy units whilst I walk the shooty squads.

C+C would be worth while. I mostly play vs BA.

Belial + TLC. 190 points
Librarian, level 2. 100 points

Apoc/SB, Champion, FNP Standard/SB/PF(CF), TLCs, Asscan/PF. 365 points

Squad 1
TH/SS, TH/SS, TH/SS, Heavy weapon (to be decided), TH/SS (S) 265 points

All of your terminator captains have to have a power sword, your cmd squad could have a deathwing axe but that's about it

I would take the standard of fortitude. You've got a low count army, might as well increase survival by a third.

Change the second bullet point to:

However it seems that GW in their infinite ambiguous wisdom makes your point right....looks like I'm gonna have to build a fething sargeant or two! CHRIST WEPT.

And the champion has an axe.

Forgotta say also, the standard is a standard of fortitude, worked quite well last game I was in.

The Champion automatically comes with the Halberd of Caliban, can't switch to a power axe (why would you want to?)

Squad 1 srgt needs the SB/PS combo (no TH/SS for him sadly)

2 tips coming from a guy who's played pure DW extensively the last 6 months:

1) Give Belial the TH/SS, the 3++ is awesome, you'll really cry when a techmarine insta-gibs you with his single servo-arm attack 'cause you couldn't slice through his 2+ armor save. Dual LCs is okay if you need to go through hordes (which does not seem to be the case) and the SB/sword is fluffy and nice against high T enemies but won't help you much against BAs.

2) I would approach your deployment the other way around:

move and run Belial + DW Knights forward using the T5 combined with 2+ and 3++ for survival and have the DW command squad + Libby follow them close to add 5+ FNP. Both squads will also enjoy a 5+ Deny The Witch too.

use TURN 2 DWA to DS (using the Belial's beacon) your shooty termie squads nice and close to the enemy to make better use of the TL shots. The reasons for this: you want the charge with the Knights to make the most use of them, you don't want to get charged and lose the extra attack (which DWA makes you vulnerable to), also, starting your libby on the board allows him to use his blessings right away instead of losing the arrival turn, roll twice on Divination and hope for 1,2 or 3 and toss the garbage for Prescience)

Sorry I meant the halberd hehe. Should have cleared that up.

I've neither the parts nor the cash to build a Belial with TH/SS at the moment lol (same goes with a SB/PS for the sarge, first chance I get that will be rectified, I'm getting a knights box next so I will be able to fix the sarge issue and make 4 knights (I Converted the DV sarge to have a shield and flail.

The deployment OTOH is fantastic advice and glad to have it to hand. Cheers!
