Hi to all.

Two years ago I had no idea what the hell wargaming is. Also had no idea what Warhammer, 40k, any of this is... Now I'm obsessessed and painting in my free time all the time.

In this topic I'd like to present to you my WIP army of Space Wolves (kinda like 13th company, but with dreads and armour). I'm planning to paint a ca. 1500p army until the end of the year.

So, without further ado, I present to you my just finished first ever 40k figure (in fact it is my first ever finished Warhammer figure, period), a Space Wolf attacking.

this is an obviously WIP shot of Sven the Screamer, the most psychopatic dread of all dreads in the W40k universe, screaming non-stop during battle (and also during having a meal, reading a book, etc.) Since he goes on everyone's nerves, his fellow wolves tried to kill him on several occasions, without luck so far. He is also the smelliest dread in all of W40k, having never left the metal body of the machine (imagine that: 800 years of stink!) He has his face immortalized as a sort of relief on the front of the dread, for his fellow wolves to throw **** at.

I also had a picture of a VIP plague marine, but it had some sexualized green stuff work on him, and over at B&C its already causing some problems, so I decided to leave him out of this thread

*bro-fist* Rock on! I know what you mean!

Your first ever mini looks damn good and you even added a small amount of free-hand to boot! Dude, keep up the great work!

Your plague marines are gross. In a great way.

my lightbox has finally arrived, so I've shot a couple of new pics of the minis above and a few new ones: there is a new plague marine in the posse and three new plague zombies I will use with Typhus (for him I'll use a sensational figure by Scibor Miniatures, but more about that in the upcoming weeks...)

Welcome to the hobby! you're clearly off to a running start! I like your space wolves and your Nurgle guys are looking suitably nasty! Thanks for posting.
