In the wake of the new codex, which i haven't actually read yet, I just wanted to see if there is anyone out there who still cares about the Blood Angels.
Here's a list i've been playing. Had mixed results. Its always fun to play with but i think that it is a list which will take a lot of practice to perfect.
HQ
Mephiston
Elite
Furioso, Blood talons
5 TH/SS terminators
Troops
2 x 5 Assault squad
w/ razorback, LC/TL PG
5 Assault squad
w/ razorback
Heavy Support
2 x Stormraven, TL MM, TL LC
Fortification
Ageis. Comms relay
The assault squads start on the board turn one. They hide out of sight or at least behind the Agies. The 4+ save has been awesome in games i've played. Comms relay usually means 2nd turn arrival of the terminators in one stormraven and Mephiston and the Furisoso in the other stormraven. Then use stormravens and the Razorbacks to open transports or take down tanks/ key targets before the 3rd turn charge of Mephiston, the terminators and the Furioso. Assault squads move onto objectievs.
What do you all think?
Does anyone care now that the new C:SM is out??
