Do Chaos Bike handlebars fit onto Space Marine Bike Frames?

And do the Chaos Bike Footplates line up and fit on Space Marine Bike Frames as well?

Really hoping someone has an idea here

I've never really used bikers of either sort, but looking at the models they don't look all that different. You could look at the bits individually and compare them.

I have some assembled chaos bikers and unassembled DV DA bikers, I could have a squiz and see if it looks like bits would be interchangeable. With DV bikes though it's probably unlikely.

You could google up the sprues for them to have a look too, might help give an idea.
