Does anyone have some good ideas on how I could make Justarein terminators into DWK? I was thnking of giving them heads and weapons from the original models but I'm not sure if it would be enough.

The Justaerin have the "Eye of Horus" on quite a lot of their surfaces. The regular Cataphractii have been converted into Deathwing before by a number of people. Try searching Cataphractii Conversions into google images and go from there.

Some of the pieces from the Justaerin would be awesome to transfer over, such as the spiked shoulder guards and spiked armour plates but it'd be a bit of an investment to actually pull off.

I had to get the SOH termies because the regular Cataphartii were sold out at GD.

I'd imagine the hardest parts would be the shoulder guards with "Eyes" on them. There are plenty of DA icons from GW, or even FW's brass etch that could help.

I'm just going to take the off and replace them with transfers.
