I acquired 4 Chaos bikers in a trade and am now building and equipping them. I want to make a squad of 3 and a chaos lord.

Here's my load out so far.

2 meltas MON

Ass champ PS MON MB

Lord PF PP MON SOC.

160 for the lord

128 for the troops

I would do flamers as those bikes are going to die anyway before they get there so you need to make them less appealing of a target and flamers are really good.

Add more bikes. That T6 is good, but not only 3 bikes good.

Bikes work best in mobs. I would get plasma instead of meltas, but that's just me.
