Hey guys, I would like to hear some feed back on my 1600pts ork list from all you ork players out there! These guys are almost always fighting Space Wolves.

HQ:
Warboss w/ PK, 'eavy armour, boss pole, twin shoota(100pts)

10x Nobz w/ 8 big choppas, waagh banner, 1 PK, 2 twin shootas(290)

5x Lootas w/ mek, kustom mega blasta(75pts)

What is the plan with your list? If it's supposed to be choppy;
-The Mek isn't needed it's possible he may not even get to shoot someone.
-The Slugga boyz will want to get in CC and will likely be running in the shooting phase instead of shooting. No need to have the 2 BS probably. I would also recommend blocks of thirty instead of 25, because once you have 25 you might as well have 30. I would also like to know why you don't have some PK's in there, if you can get those Nob's with PK outside of a challenge they will ruin MEQ. If you just want to play attrition on his objectives with this tarpit I guess I could see that as a strat to.
-Maybe combine the Shoota Boyz and put your Big Shoota Boyz from the choppa boyz with the shoota boyz. If you'd like to do some ork shootin they'll at least seem to fit in that unit.
-If you are gonna bring Stormboyz the #1 thing I think they are good for is another PK to draw another challenge with.

Guys will also recommend against footslogging Choppa/Slugga boyz.

I doubt that trukk will make it across the board..I would up the shoota boyz and put the SLugga boyz in trukks ..so the nob trukk can make it ..(need to saturate with multiple targets or they can focus light armour fire on the single trukk )
i would move the big shootas to the shoota boy mobz as well

I am planning for a footsloggin melee goff war band. I currently don't possess that many orks with PKs. Now that you mention it, I will most definitely give the big shootas to my shoots boyz.

As for my strategy, I use all my sluga boys to go for one of my friend's objectives, bubble wrapping the Gretchen in front of em. I use generally use my shootas to hold objectives. I use my nobs and storm boys as a strike force on my friend's other objective. Lootas are always put werw they have good los and cover to help soften up his grey hunters.The tank bustas and deff koptas go tank hunting. The main problem I run into is when my friend would keep falling back with his grey hunters and keep my boyz out of charge distance. He also has a pesky drop pod w/ more grey hunters which he uses to tie up my nobs.

I would get rid of the tankbustas and get more lootas and get rid of the mek he isn't doing anything. The nobz in the truck are going to get killed fast as they will speed up the board leaving everyone else behind and if your opponent has any priority he will focus on taking out the truck. I would make all your boyz shoota boyz and definently put a nob in the boyz squads with PK/BP I would suggest putting your warboss and nobz on a bike as this squad will be devastating

If you are running trukks it is not worthed running less then 4
If you have only one it will get shot down turn one instamtly, and if the opponent doesnt care, the unit will get so far upfront that it will get wiped the next turn wholile the rest of the army sloggs far behind
