It seems to be really odd list, that doesn't know what it wants to do.
To really take advantage of Straken you need a lot of bodies advancing forwards, which your list does not have. Single infantry squads die very, very easily.
The Straken CCS itself is odd, in that he wants to be in CC, but the plasma guns don't want to be (since they are rapid fire weapons), so it is an odd mix. Meltas would work better with him.
Marbo is awesome, no qualms there, for his cost any guard list can take him quite happily. (Be careful against Tau that they have lots of interceptor weapons, this applies to the vendettas too)
Again the Vet squad is a mess. If it's coming on via vendetta, why does it have a lascannon? It will see no use. The single plasma gun likewise seems odd, just go 3x melta with the demolitions. Plasma pistols with gunslinger can occasionally come in handy, but are also really costly. I personally would not take them, but that is personal preference.
With only 4 infantry squads, why are you running two platoons, and not having one PCS in a vendetta? There is a spare vendetta, and they are very nice in one. (especially with 4x flamers, though meltas are good too). As above lone infantry squads die very quickly once they get close to people. The defensive squads would be better with lascannon, as they are in general better than autocannon, and have a wider range of ideal targets. The flamers are nice as a contingency, but far from necessary.
Vendettas are strong, use them both to carry stuff if you can.
Eradicators are the worst of the leman russ variants. They have an extremely limited set of targets, and the majority of the time other russses will be just as good. If you want to knock things out of cover, drop the basilisk, and grab a colossus. They are excellent, and far superior to eradicators.
Executioners are deadly, but consider giving it plasma sponsons to increase its killing power.
The basilisk is okay, and has decent killing power, but as above I feel a colossus would suit better.
Overall I feel that you need to decide what sort of army you want, (straken horde, armoured tank company, etc. ) and stick to it rather than try and make one army full of everything, as it does not tend to work out too well on the tabletop.
Hope this is useful.
