I deceided to do something really heretical: A Warmachine/Warhammer Crossover!
I always liked the "baroque Knight" look of the Warhammer Fantasy Chaos warriors, but sadly never liked the game. And Menoth has a really similar "baroque Knight look".

I played Cryx for a long time and always liked Menoth rulewise. The models didn't really inspire me, but I liked to put some really good Jacks on the table and deny my opponent all his cool tricks. One day I thought about making Menoth more "Evil". I always thought that the CSM Vehicle sprue would look really cool on Menoth Jacks, And one day I just tried it. And then it hit me! The Protectorate of Chaos was born!

Pretty sweet conversions. I'm sure the fan boys at your local FLGS will be all in a fit when they see the two companies bits combined, but they look pretty good. I'm not sure I'm sold on the washers as smoke stacks though. I realize it will look better painted. Interested to see where this goes.
