I'm curious, because I just bought a deathwing terminator librarian from a member of the forums here, and I was wondering if anyone knows what color his armor would be fluff-wise, I'm trying to stick to the fluff as far as my paintjob go on my dark angels, so I'd like to know the answer to this, thanks!

Yeah, I'd imagine they'd be blue like all other standard librarians with a Deathwing shoulder to denote their affiliation.

I believe it has always been blue regardless of whether they are in TDA or not. All Librarians are members of the Deathwing by default so they probably even sport their chapter badge on a green field instead of on a bone field. They are never attached at the company level so having a company badge would seem weird for them. They are always members of the Inner Circle (since it is hard to keep a secret from psychic people) so my guess is that the army bade always stays the same, even if painted on TDA. Though it has always been one of those areas that never really received explanation despite the fact that it would require the Dark Angels to actually have a thought or two about how it works. But at the same time this also leaves it really open to people changing it and coming up with their own explanations.
But it is at least a pretty sure thing that they are all blue in canon. The main weirdness will be the Chapter badge and whether or not it is replaced by the Deathwing company badge when in TDA (even though Librarians are never attached at the company level). But going either bone with the Deathwing emblem or green with the Dark Angels emblem should be close enough to canon for anyone. Though you may want to make sure to keep the decision straight since a similar conundrum happens with TDA Interrogator-Chaplains, who are not attached to a company either.
Personally, I always paint all of my Librarians in bone armour, even those in power armour. I was always a big fan of the Tale of Two-heads Talking being in-universe rather than being a parable (or whatever they have it as now). So I figure Librarians have even more reverence for the tradition and all of their armour is always straight up bone to commemorate it.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

They would be in blue with deathwing shoulder pads. A librarian in tda would always be serving with the dw as dw members are the only ones in tda.
