SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE! I SUCK SO BADLY. I need a 1k list. I will not be putting down my list unless necessary. I am willing to buy ALL of this again.

What HQ you have?

What core units you have?

What Vehicles you have?

HQ is a Librarian, Vehicle is Vindicator and my core units are a 10 man squad of Assaults, 2 squads of tactical marines. and 1 Devastator squad (BTW i am fully aware i should use fast units for blood angels, i just didn't know until it was too late.) I also have a Dreadnought

First you need at least 2 san. priest if you are thinking about using infantry. What kind of dread? Do you know against who are you going?

Generalsava is right, you need sanguinary priests, 3 if you are using 2 tacticals and 1 assault.

What weapons you have on the devs? Regular dev stuff?

Sanguinary Priests are easy to convert...

The dread should be fielded as Librarian, specially with so little fast stuff around (wings of sanguinus and blood lance, plus some anti-infatry gear).

The Assault Squad is your main strike force? What Special Weapons your tacticals carry around? Multi-Melta + Plasma Gun is a good set.

I dont know, once i had know how to use most Space Marines codexes, but i may be a little outdated after 6th edition came out.

We've not had a 6th edition update as yet, so we still pay more per model than the other marine chapters.

When you say you're willing to "buy it all again", do you mean buying models, or being told the same info as on other threads?

If you're prepared to buy models, you may want to consider some termies, possibly a Baal pred, definitely make your dread a librarian, or if you're willing to take a librarian as a HQ, at least give your dread blood talons.

1 vindicator is pants. 2 are useful. How are the devs armed? I wouldn't get a priest for tacs. You need to make 4 5+ saves to make his points back. Which could easily be done, but only if rolling slightly above average. On assault squads they are more than worth their points as whilst you still need to make 4 5+ saves, you get to use the added juicy furious charge, these two things in combination make the assault squad above average. A st4 on the charge assault squad with no fnp is pretty lacklustre.
Next 3 Items id recommend investing in: Stormraven, Pod for the dread, 2nd vindi. After that some more assault marines. All in that order. :-)

I ran a mech wall BA list for a while, it's surprisingly effective.

Something like:

Librarian w/ Shield of Sanguinus and Blood Lance

2x5 Assault Marines w/ Meltaguns
2x Razorback w/ Lascannon & TL Plasmagun

2x Baal Predator w/ Assault Cannon & Heavy Bolters

2x Vindicators

This list fits nicely into a 1k, and is virtually immune to Heldrakes and S7 spam (Tau/Eldar) with careful playing. It is lacking anti-air, though.

I definitely wouldn't say av13 front armour is invulnerable to st7 spam (esp ignoring cover shots). I played an 8k once, after the eldar dex came out. Not including the vindi and raider I lost to lances, on my first turn I also lost 3 vindis, 4 baals, and a pred to those accursed serp shields (18 of them) and 1 squad of spiders that got in range. My shield of sanguinius 'wall' was useless. All before I moved (note no side armour shots either).
All I had left of my mech was another raider, a vindi, 2 baals and a pred, oh and 3 ravens which were yet to show up.
And we worked out that he only rolled slightly above average! He gutted my army before I even moved. 4 serps will take down a 3hp av13 tank a turn just by shooting at its front armour. That is how broken they are!

Tbh if your pitting 4 wave serpents against 1 av13 vehicle then of course they will own it, and the av13 vehicle will be about 400 points in debt to the serpents aswell, take the same amount in points of each vehicle and it'll show that serpents aren't that broken....
