Transaction started on 10/13/13 when exodusofman responded to one of my trade posts. Items for items roughly $130.00 retail.

We agreed to what was getting swapped on 10/17/13

Last post from him was 10/17/13

I shipped on 10/19/13

Items were received at this house on 10/25/13

I have sent 3 PMs to him and have not received anything.

I have my shipping receipt with his name and address along with the tracking #. I have all of our PMs saved on Dakka.
He's posted for another local trade on DakkaDakka on 10/25/13.

He has until Sunday before I call his local police and file a mail fraud complaint.

I have contacted exodusofman on Facebook and have a possible solution. If it goes through and the items arrive safely, I will post the results.

We have an agreement to reship the items and give me the tracking number when that happens.

Still no update. I've set a deadline and threatened mail fraud charges if that deadline is not met.

I did traded with same guy

we traded lizardmen book for 2 lotr books, he got confirmation of the book i´ve sent to him and i´ve waiting like 6 weeks for his books to get to me which it hasn´t.
He told he had 2 of each and we think his books has been lost in the way here. He sent me those 2 others last week and said would take 2 weeks to arrive. Hoping gets here by that time

I got the items today.

The annihilation is missing a control board and came with no base.



The chimmera came with no tracks and two of the las guns weren't put in when it was assembled. He included them but I have to rip apart the cimmera if I want to put them in. He also included two chimmera fully built sides with tracks, but I'll have to tear off the solidly glued on ones without tracks. Usually this wrecks the model. Who does this sort of thing????



The warriors were supposed to be just primed. 7 of them are painted bolt metal.

I will have to look into this (unfortunately a bit swamped by the holidays atm!) as there have been too many TRs regarding this user over the course of time. At some point really slow resolution becomes unacceptable when it is a trend...
