Regarding the list:
Your Flyrant's cost is weird....are you giving him just 1 set of Devourers? A Flyrant with 2 devourer sets should run 260 points. With Hive commander 285.
Venomethrope? I would suggest to make them the same unit or drop them all together. Remember, area terrain grants you the same save that Venomthrope provide. With them separate you're going to give up First blood for sure...possibly even with both of them. I'd suggest losing them.
Warriors? At 2000 points, they're going to get annihilated. You've got ~250 points worth of models that will die in 1
maybe 2 turns. They aren't even technically a priority target because the venom cannon isn't that threatening and with
LW/
BS and
RC you're wasting the
RC points (unless you're assaulting armor in which case you have them kitted wrong).
Tervigons=good, Trygons=drop the Prime upgrade to save 80 points, Mawlocs=will be above average because 2 of them will work better than 1.
If you take my suggestions/corrections you should have ~410 points to spare. With those I would suggest Ymargl genestealers (maybe a unit of 7 or 8) for roughly 185 points and add 4 more Hive guard for 200 points. Then you have 25 points with you can do what you'd like.
It's a great list, but most other armies, especially at 2000 points, will annihilate you...
