OK, so I have a good size force of Eldar either already in my possession or on its way to me as we speak. It's mostly Wraiths and vehicles: Wraithknights, Wraithlords, Wraithguard/blades, and the standard vehicles. I'm trying to decide on the final color scheme for it and the best way to paint it. Here are my ideas for the color scheme: Turquoise and a medium purple. Most of the models will be turquoise and the weapons, some armor, and details will be purple and a bit of black. The paint I plan on using are: Reaper
HD Bright Turquoise and Reaper
HD Gem Purple. Both colors can be found on this page:

I plan on priming all of my models white and airbrushing on the base color of turquoise. Then painting on the purple and black details. I plan on washing them with Reaper Black wash and highlighting. I then plan to base them using snow. I am not a good painter so I want to make sure I'm doing this correctly. Here are my questions:
1. Should I use white primer for the turquoise? I want it to be as vivid as possible but have never used white primer before.
2. What brand of primer should I use?
3. Some of my plastic models were primer black and I am gonna start stripping them. Will the white primer cover the black primer that I am unable to remove?
4. Do you recommend Reaper
HD paint? Will it work well with an airbrush?
5. Do you think Turquoise and Purple will work well together?
6. Is using a black wash the way to go? I prefer Reaper to Citadel because Reaper just looks cleaner while Citadel looks dirty and grimy (which is great if thats what you're going for). I want my Eldar to look smooth and clean.
7. How difficult is it to get a snow base to look good? Do you know of any good tutorials for idiots?
Thank you in advance.
