Hey guys! Just started up the new Nids I've been waiting patiently for these bugs and have a bit of an emotional attachment to them (Big Zerg fan, Big Aliens Movie fan, etc) but whatever. Currently the models I own are the one from the Swarm pack! Bunch of Termagants, Hormagants, Carnifex, Gargoyles, and my lovely Hive Tyrant!

Would I be able to ask for some input on the best way to run my bugs in a lower point game? Anywhere from 500-700. G

With only one source of Synapse there is very little you can make optimal here. You have to give him the Norn crown as silly and overpriced as that is just to get an 18" bubble. Zoanthropes are a cheap (financially and points wise) way of expanding that bubble and your elite slot is wide open for it.

I'll be definitely adding some of those bad boys, but for now with what I got... I gotta come up with something decent.
