ok so in my list i have 3 toughness 6 units and 4 toughness 4's but one has a upgrede to make him toughness 5 there all in the same unit so does that mean majority toughness is 6 ?

If "units" should be models in the same unit then yes.
Otherwise you probably didn't understant how majority toughness works.

was making sure trying something so you always use the highest if 2 toughness values are the same?
