Just to start off I have not played this list as I don't own all the models yet. I'm looking for a fast list that will put several threats in my opponents face turn 2. 5 flyers plus 2 mawlocks should do the trick. I also think it has a decent amount of synapse which is protected by venomthropes. It is a bit spammy for repeating units but what can ya do.

Certain armies, this'll do just fine against. Others, not so much.
Necron Flyerspam or Daemons (Helldrakes *or* Princes) will both put large dents in your army. In addition, anyone who can force lots of grounding tests will take you out very quickly.
Another major problem I'm seeing: A huge void where your Synapse should be. No, in a 2000 point game, three models does not count as 'A decenr amount of Synapse.'

Are Warriors Synapse? Because without them you've got just three models around to keep your entire army from falling to pieces. Even with them, well... Warriors aren't hard to kill.
If I were playing you, I'd take out the Tervigon turn one. (It's a 2000 point game, mind, so that amount of Firepower is almost garunteed to be present. Even with 3+ cover from Gants and Venomthropes, there are a lot of ways to kill one Monstrous Creature.) If you went second... Good luck doing nothing with your army for a turn. If you went first, then good luck leaving one of your Hive Tyrants sitting around with the rest of your army to babysit them.

yes warriors are synapse. I would think this list would be decent against necron flyer spam because I have 5 flyers in it that can all take down necron flyers fairly easily. I would agree Daemon flying circus (which is my other army) would beat this list. I would have to focus down the Daemon troops and try to win on objectives.

Mawloks would start on the board and burrow in turn 1. So on turn 2 I would have 5 FMC and 2 mawloks in my opponents deployment zone (assuming my opponent focuses on my synapse turn 1, which is all in 3++ cover). Of course any list could be tailored to beat it but I think a lot of people would struggle with that, even many competitive lists out there.

Of course the mighty Taudar would probably shred this army, I'm not sure Nids have a list that can face them effectively. This list can cross the board so fast it might have a small chance though.

'The Mighty Taudar' isn't the only thing that can hurt you.
Something you seem to forget with Necron flyers... All if their weapons wound Crones on 2s, Tyrants on 3s, and get a looot of shots. I'm not saying you don't have a chance at hurting them, but if they hit you before you've dealt a sizeable amount of damage to them, you're screwed.

You also greatly overestimate the power of suddenly arriving on turn 2.
With Dawn of War deployment, your fliers will still be a ways out of my deployment zone when the game starts, though within shooting range. With long table edges, though, your FMCs will still be hopelessly far away until turn 3. 2 Mawlocs will hurt, quite a bit, but they aren't game changers by themselves.
If it's night fighting, you might be okay, but you can't rely on it.

My reccomendation would be to bring more troops, and by troops I mean Gants. A single squad of 30 Gants is negligible. 3 Of them? A huge pain to take off the board, and excellent bubble wrap.

If you'd like to ignore all of my advice again and continue insisting that your list is fine, though, feel free.

You cant borrow on Turn 1 so you should better keep the Mawlocs in reserve and hope for a 3+ on reserve rolls

Thanks for the info on Mawloks, did not catch that myself as I have not used them yet.

For Necron flyers, what's the Nid solution then? Other then Crones and Flyrants I don't see any effective units for Nids against them.

I can see how 90 gants might be effective but the opponent doesn't have to kill 90 gants, just the synapse protecting them. I've played many games trying a walking/running swarm list and on hammer/anvil or vanguard strike the distance is brutal against gunline armies.

I think it's a good list; we've lost narrowly to Necron croissant spam with fewer flyers than that, and this is pretty similar to our exising 2 crone 2 flyrant list which has done well against Marine and Mechanicus armies.

A 2-tervigon list would be tougher... but it's boring I know.

What about Misma instead of cluster spines?

I actually quite like this list and to be honest just because this list might struggle against a Necron Bakery doesn't mean we have others that don't. Tyranids no matter which list you build will always struggle against certain armies and it's really what you do on the table that will make more of a difference.

This list is about as solid as the new nids can get. If you're concerned about Synapse then just try to make it irrelevant.
Drop a Venomthrope and replace it with a Zoanthrope then drop the warriors as they look to slow to keep up with your army then replace them with the Gargoyle Dataslate which adds 3 broods of Gargoyles and 3 Spore Mine clusters at a minimum cost of 225 points. Warriors + Venom = 275, Gargoyles, Spores + Zoanthrope = 275.

Use the Venoms, Zoan, Biovores and Tervigon to have a backfield presence that can't be removed easily. This means you can move up the board with 2 Flyrants, 3 Crones and 30 Gargoyles with the Mawlocs and Spore Mines to join them shortly. Some might say that if your Flyrants die then your Synapse is gone but as someone who plays nids fairly regularly, if your Flyrants die early then you lose regardless and having some extra Synapse is not going to save you.
