I don't think I've ever posted in the infinity forums on dakka O.o so hey! I'm Joe and have been playing Infinity for roughly 3 months with on and off success. I live in a pretty small town of roughly 95k people and we have a hard enough time keep thing "mainstream" game events stocked at capacity. I cut my wargaming teeth with LOTR SBG (great game btw) and moved onto Warhammer Fantasy. I'm not a huge fan of Sci-fi so I've pretty much stayed away from 40k. However, some really good friends started playing and as the loyal friend I am I decided I'd jump in to round out the player base.

I settled on JSA. I've yet to play a full 300 point game but I have had quite a bit of success at 200pts with a similar list. Let me know what you think:

Domaru Butai LT
Kempeitai W. Combi Rifle (Chain of Command)

Haramaki w. DA CCW/Contender x3
Haramaki w. DA CCW/Combi Rifle
Haramaki w. Missile Launcher

Oyori TAG

So i think it should pack a pretty serious wallop in the shooting phase. I'm aware that I don't have super high numbers which might lend the list to win big or lose big. Thanks for your time!

Not a lot of specialists. Once you get the mechanics down, I would urge you to consider learning how to use them (Engineer, Doctor, Hacker), they are more and more part of the game as you move away from kill-kill-kill games.

With a HI and a TAG I'd recommend slipping a hacker in ASAP. While they have BTS to help protect them, it's not going to help forever. And once people start locking down that TAG your list loses all of its teeth.

I tried not to play too much with your "core minis", but I tried to give you a few options. I think that new Raiden with Spitfire is dead gorgeous, you need a hacker as -Loki- and pointed out.

It might help if you gave us your impetus for your list. I think I know what it was, but I don't want to assume.
