Yeh tournies are time based and moving 180boyz will take ages not to mention the shooting/close combat with them all.
When taking nob bikers allways! Have a bike boss! U need that LD 9 and the pack punch of str 10

In this list i would skip the nob bikers and maybe one boyz squad, get another dakkajet let in some lootas and kannons/lobbas en again i do not know how time you have per game.

Generally what I've been allowed to do is simply push all of them where I want them, shoot if applicable, set up a few for assault, then push them there, and set them up then. While my opponent takes his turn, any that are still in a pile are set up so that he can shoot at them. That seems to work, so maybe I will talk to the organizer and see if that will work again. Or maybe, I will simply try something else. I have other armies, so maybe one of those....
