So recently my best friend got a hold of a metal Canis. I have 3 TWC. I know Canis is generally not considered worth wile in a competitive list.

Question. How would you use a TW lord with twin claws?

Well, a twin-LC Thunderlord seems pretty single-minded to me: point him at anything with a 3+ or worse save and watch it die. If you're willing to sacrifice Saga of the Bear, then Saga of the Warrior Born would help this guy rack up quite the kill count. Run him with some Fenrisian wolves or TWC for ablative wounds.
