Panic has detailed how he I'd his with the instant mold and even lists all the material he used in his thread. The instant mold won't damage you ships as long as your not brutal with it. I started trying to do the same yesterday, but I need to pick up some of the putty similar to what he used as my greenstuff was hard to work with.
