Soon I'll face my friend's new Dark Angels. Some terminators, tacticals and bikes.
My goal is to surprise him and instead of running away (ehrm... tactical repositioning ) and just shooting I want to get into his face.
Also partially because he has only played about 3/4 games with them.
It's mostly for lulz.

I also posses 20 Hellions but it would be difficult to fit them. I would have to drop Wave Serpents or do some other crazy stuff.

EDIT: Another thing for close combat I could field is a Jetbike Autarch with mantle and some other goodies. Should I drop Farseer, 2 Wave Serpents in order to fit all this additional things?

I just thought to myself that if I'm gonna play for fun, why don't I just put all my melee units into one list. Luckily it all fit.

That way I don't have to proxy anything and can field all the melee I have. Sadly I don't have any Stricking Scorpions nor Phoenix Lords.

I like that you're going for a melee focus, but I strongly disagree with the powerblades on the warp spider exarch. WAAAAYYYYY too overpriced for almost no rewards. Why not go with Shining spears instead? They can hit hard and outflank or scout as needed.

That would be a blast of a game.

You'll get rolled, but it'll actually be a game unlike most Eldar vs. Dark Angels matchups. T3 troops with bad armor saves means the mighty bolter will be enough to chew through most your guys. Before I or a friend of mine really knew how to play, we had my Dark Angels battle his Eldar which was a list really similar to what you've got and I wrecked him.

I could use my jetbikes as Shining Spears.

You actually are right. Against either toughness 5 bikes or terminators with 2+ armour save, Warp Spiders aren't gonna do much in CC.
By dropping Warp Spiders and mantle i can get a unit of 5 Shining Spears with Exarch equipped with Star Lance and Hit and Run.
