I finally got my hands on the Kill Team rules and my brain won't shut off with Kill Team ideas.

I think the one I've settled on I think would be most fun to build is to go with 8 noise marines. Champion gets a doom siren, one squaddie gets a blastmaster and 3 other guys get sonic blasters. The three dudes without a specialist weapon drop their bolter for a chainsword for extra melee prowess. It's exactly 200 points to do this.

Blastmaster guy gains Stealth so he can sit in cover as far away from enemies as possible and remain about as safe as any one unit can in Kill Team, while dropping the wubwub. Alternatively, go with Tank Hunter to make him supreme anti-vehicle for the purposes of Kill Team, as the only ones you're going to run into are likely Rhinos and Speeders.

One guy in the squad with a sonic blaster gets relentless, so he can move and utilize his full 24" with 3 shots.

One of the melee guys, I'm thinking I'd go Rage or Shred. Leaning toward rage, because if I roll the leadership trait the leader gets specialist as well, I'd prefer to have Dirty Fighter open to take Poisoned 4+. Would give me rerolls to wound with his doom siren against everything except Wraithguard and Nurgle Bikers/Spawn, out of the things you're actually likely to see in Kill Team.
