This is my attempt at making a fun, semi-fluffy, semi-competitive list. I think this can have some pretty powerful combos given the right circumstances. Here goes:
PRIMARY DETACHMENT: CODEX ADEPTA SORORITAS
HEADQUARTERS:
Saint Celestine (warlord)
Ministorum Priest, laspistol, eviscerator
TROOPS:
Battle Sisters (x5), MGs x2, vet SS, combi-melta, simulacrum imperialis, immolator, MM, laud-hailer
Battle Sisters (x5), MGs x2, vet SS, combi-melta, simulacrum imperialis, immolator, MM, laud-hailer
FAST-ATTACK:
Seraphims (x5), dual hand-flamers x2, vet SS, PS/BP
HEAVY-SUPPORT:
Retributors (x6), HBs x4, vet SS, storm bolter, simulacrum imperialis
Avenger Strike Fighter (stock)
Avenger Strike Fighter (stock)
FIRST ALLY DETACHMENT: CODEX SM, BLACK TEMPLARS
HEADQUARTERS:
Emperor's Champion
TROOPS:
Crusader squad: Sword brother (BP/PF), 9 initiates (BP/CCW, 1x BP/PF, 1x MG), 9 neophytes (BP/CCW)
HEAVY SUPPORT:
TFC
SECOND ALLY DETACHMENT: CODEX INQUISITION, INQUISITORIAL DETACHMENT
HEADQUARTERS:
Coteaz
Ordo Hereticus Inquisitor, power armour, BP, force sword, psyker lvl 1, Liber Heresius
TROOPS:
Henchmen: 3x servitors with PC, 3x Joakeros
TOTAL 2000 PTS
General tactics:
Saint Celestine joins the Seraphims and will go troop hunting and will hopefully be a pain in the butt to finish off
Ministorum Priest will join Crusader blob along with EC and the Ordo Inquisitor, using the Liber they will scout forward and combined with the crusader USR, should be in the opponent's grill very early on; if the Ordo can pull off the 4++ Divination power this will be a very tough unit to kill thanks to War Hymns (they will also be fearless tks to the EC and priest). This will be a big scoring threat that will hopefully attract attention from the other smaller/weaker scoring units.
2 melta Sister squads to remove high T units, all my sister units can use their AoF twice tks to the Simulacrums
Retributors will hide in reinforced ruin along with TFC and Henchmen and will serve as some of my mid/long range firepower and AA (henchmen will help there) Coteaz will prob hide in either one of those squads and provide some Prescience boosts along with DS protection and usual boosts (seizing etc...) This should be a pretty good castle/objective-sitting group.
2 Avenger Strike Fighters for extra AA and supporting firepower thanks to straffing run.
Almost all of the army has Adamantium Will.
I'm looking for feedback on the sisters and inquisitor detachment as I'm normally a SM player. This is mainly a theoretical list for future plans, just curious to see if there are any major flaws or issues.

That's really probably more meltas then you'll realistically need in the BS squad. If you plan on getting within melta range it's nice to take a HF for those enemy transports that get popped by AP1 TL melta on the two immolators.
Why PC servitors? I take it you're going to run the jokers with Coteaz to take advantage of "I've been expecting you" and perfect timing? I personally prefer a couple of crusaders to pad my coteaz with some 3++ saves rather than rely on rolling forewarning. He's too good of a force multiplier and therefore too tempting a target not to have some ablative wounds.
Avengers are quite fragile. If your fliers come in before the opponent's fliers don't forget that you can fly off the board and back into continuing reserves. Better to wait a turn and make the opponent bring on his Stormraven/stormtalons or what have you and keep air superiority.
Retributors are a lot of points these days. How about an exorcist instead? With 2 divination psykers to prescience they can occasionally do amazing things like take down riptides or Daemon Princes in a single shooting phase. Don't underestimate the power of 6 Twin Linked Str8 AP1 shots.
There's also the option of switching from BT to Red Hunters. They are a forge world chapter that make your SM's battle brothers with sisters, which means you can attach priests to Space Marines units and get the war hymns for re-rollable saves and fearless.

I figured the immolators might get popped early on hence the extra meltas in the Sister squads. I also don't have a lot of AP2/1 long firepower so I thought the MGS would be more useful than the flamers.
Good idea about the crusaders, I'll try to fit a couple in there.
I'm not a big fan of the Exorcist. The fact that you have to pick your target BEFORE you know how many shots you're gonna fire sucks. At least with the retributors I got a chance at 12 potentially rending shots. What about dropping the Retributors altogether for another Avenger or another Henchmen squad? Automatically Appended Next Post: Made some adjustments:

SECOND ALLY DETACHMENT: CODEX INQUISITION, INQUISITORIAL DETACHMENT

Ordo Hereticus Inquisitor, BP, force sword, psyker lvl 1, Liber Heresius, 1x servo skull

This gives me more scoring units, the big blob is a bit smaller though.
