Hey guys, going to be playing against a newer player running GK and wanted to go easy and have a fun game. He's into Draigostar - 10 pallies and the big man I believe - and I don't want to tarpit him or ap2 him like I normally would in a competitive setting.

So, I built a list using some units I've been wanting to run! What do you think?

Swarmy

1 brood of 3 Pyrovores

Mawloc

Carnifex, 2x devourers

It's 8 points shy I believe, but I don't care to put rending claws on a Warrior, none magnetized right now. Is this going to get stomped hard? Is the mawloc and the acid blood too much AP2? Will he show up with horde guard and laugh at me? We'll find out.

I think he has a good chance haha.

Draigostar is going to be pretty tough for you to put down with your list. You're going to have to fight it in combat to reliably take em out and then they have hammerhand or force weapons.

Still I think it'll be a fun match and you have plenty of scoring to pull out an objective based win. Maybe consider taking deathleaper if its only for fun. Reduce draigos LD by D3 and watch him fail some psychic checks haha

Thanks for the feedback! Yes, I want it to be challenging for me and fun for him so... the list. Deathleaper could be fun as you say - that would leave room for another squad of warriors as well.
