A couple things pop out at me.

I'd get a Destoyer Lord, as I think they're the best Necron HQ

You'll want more Wraiths. They are primo at CC. A popular and highly effective option is to attach a Destroyer Lord to a unit of Wraiths.

Since you only have 20 warriors, I wouldn't bother building a Ghost Ark unless you get more. If you get another 20 (or 40 ) warriors a Ghost Ark might be worth having.

A second Annihilation Barge would be good as they work best in pairs and a re a good, cheap, heavy support option.
