So Im working on my first 750 point CSM army and I need some pointers - This list leaves me with 36 points for wargear and Im not sure what to pick - My Lord Needs some sort of CC weapon for sure but Im not sure what to pick, I also considered Havoc Launchers on the Rhino's, swapping the MoS for MoN on the Spawns and swapping the Helbrutes Multi-melta for a Reaper Autocannon.

Any thoughts\suggestions would be appreciated

Nuln oil find a lovely little hole about 7ft deep and jump in it for us. Nothing could have been worse advice. Yoir asking him to never make friends or find people wanting to play him, ever!

Definitely change MoS to MoN on the Spawn. Otherwise, your Chaos Lord can't join them (you can only join the same Mark/un-Marked units).

One of the best CC options for a Chaos Lord is LC+PF combo. Deadly and versatile.

The rest of the list looks good, IMHO.

So here's what I've got now. I had to drop the MoN on the Havoc's but I switched the Spawn to MoN and gave the Lord the PF \ LC combo.

My only other concern at this point is if I have enough Anti Flyer

You could drop the Helbrute and take an ADL with Quad Cannon instead for the exact same amount of points. Helbrute is cool, but not in in-game terms; ADL would provide your Havocs with a 4+ cover save, and the team's Champion could man the Quad Cannon.

No fliers in the enemy army? That's fine, your Havocs can fire 12 S7 AP4 attacks at something on the ground. Is there a flyer in the enemy army? Not for long.

Great god man I'm sick of people suggesting 2 or 3 heldrakes to new players at 500-750 point games. It's such a base way of thinking that's killing all strategical thinking before players even build their first army.

You can't have so much of your army off the board. Also, when they come in, they wont have enough targets to attack. Take 1 at 1000 points, 2 at 1500, and 3 at 2000 is my general rule for competitive play.
