The trio in the middle - l to r
That's an early WHFB Rat Ogre, I think - appears to have been converted.
Kinky Chaosette (no really, that was the actual name) was a model based on the cover painting of WD 79.
The third guy is a Blood Bowl player - again, appears to have been converted.

Yes, the Elf with a guitar is a Elf Blood Bowl Catcher who has been converted. (I used to have an entire Elf team including cheerleaders.)

Excellent thanks, the penultimate marine/imperial/soldier dude, holding some kind of creature or plant, shining a torch on it. What about him any ideas?

My first thought was that he was an RT era Imperial Guard, but looking at it again he doesn't quite fit the style of the original metal guardsmen. The helmet is close but the flak armor is not.
I don't think he's a Citadel figure. If he is he's pre- 40K. They did a few sci-fi figures but I've got WDs going back to the early 80s and he still rings no bells.

I'd check out citadel'a paranoia range from 86-87. Looks like a Troubleshooter.
The hexagon base is also indicative of the Judge Dredd range to, worth looking that line up too.

Thanks for the replies all, a friend had these in a joblot from a local auction and gave them me as he knows i collect. I was very impressed with the painting, 90% of minis i see in the flesh are awful. These were painted very well and looked to be some really interesting old stuff. Besides the stuff i posted there was an early space orC - note the C. Also the 40k Santa figure and some really nice old chaos minis. I almost don't want to strip them!

Troubleshooters were more cartoony in look. Your JD suggestion made me think of Citidef, but I can't find a picture for it.
