War Walker Pilot with Withering Fire

So I have an upcoming tournament, which will be the first i've attending that allows the full use of Escalation rules.

I only have Eldar codex units, and am trying to peice together what is going to be effective against the superheavies and void shield's i'm likely to face. So I have a few questions;

How effective are Wraithknights? I know their S10 shooting will be valuable, but are they vulnerable to the D? I'm thinking of purchasing a 2nd one, and running both with Wraithcannons. I don't actually own the Escalation book, so I don't have the D-weapon rules. Am I likely to loose them quickly?

Crimson Hunters will be a solid choice, as I imagine they do quite well against Av13-14, and will help combat the Stormraven surge that appears to be happening in my local scene.

I'm thinking of taking a 20 man guardian blob, and sticking Eldrad in there as my warlord. Mainly for re-deployment shenanigans and to guide/prescience some things. Would a mantleseer be useful? I'd roll on telepathy to puppetmaster some superheavies

I usually take swooping hawks. I love them.

Well, the best you could do is to include a Revenant Titan.
Okay, not everybody has this model available.

If you could provide an approximate army list, we would eventually be able to help out.
