I am currently running two pretty similar Tyranid lists with alot of success. They are both very resilient with a strong midfield presence and a lot of shooting.
I am looking for a good suggestions for the final details:

Living Artillery
Flyrant with dual dakka 230
Flyrant with dual dakka 230

Venomthrope 45
Venomthrope 45
Zoanthrope 50

30 Termagants 120
Tervigon 195
3 Warriors with Barbed Strangler 100 (Formation)

Carnifex with dual dakka 150
Tyrannofex 175
Exocrine 170
Exocrine 170 (Formation)
3 Biovores (Formation)

That leaves 50 points. Up to now I had been running 10 Termagants and ES grubs on the Tfex but I have been considering Miasma Cannon and Cluster spines on the Tervigon and Hive Commader for a possible outflanking threat.

Thunderhoof (Bioblast formation)
Flyrant with dual dakka 230
Flyrant with dual dakka 230

Venomthrope 45
Venomthrope 45
Zoanthrope 50

10 Termagants 40
10 Termagants 40
3 Warriors 90
3 Warriors with Barbed Strangler 100 (Formation)

Carnifex with dual dakka 150 (Formation)
Carnifex with dual dakka 150 (Formation)
Carnifex with dual dakka 150 (Formation)
Tyrannofex 175 (Formation)
Exocrine 170
Exocrine 170

I am struggling with finishing of the second list. It has 15 points left but it seems to be weak on troops. Not sure what to do here

I agree that you are short on Troops. Me?, I'd likely drop something and spend the points on Troops (Me? I'd lose 1 Exocrene...)

-1 Exocrine
+1 EGrubs on TFex or BS on Warriors without a heavy weapon.
+10 Devourer Gaunts to each squad of TGaunts.

Personally, I think the first list should drop either the Tervigon (replace with warriors) or the Zoey. You have plenty of synapse, and both Tervigon and Zoey lack mobility and damage dealing potential.

Sure, or I'd take the savings (170?) and buy a Cannon for the other Warriors, Buy 10 More Gaunts for the 10x Broods (80, or 160 if you go Devilgaunts) With adding Devilgaunts your done, if you still have 80 buy 20 more Spinegaunt/Termigants... That should give you plenty of Troops
