Hi there,

Basically, I'm really not a fan of Games Workshop's range of Ogre Kingdoms character models, and obviously, in the wake of this, I have made some conversions to represent Bruisers, Butchers, etc.
However, sometimes I like having a model that is completely different to the rest of the plastic rank-and-file; the only problem is, I want to achieve this without buying a GW Slaughtermaster or Tyrant kit.
This is proving very difficult as I have little to no knowledge of alternative modelling companies that have models with potential to be used as Ogre Kingdoms special characters, so, I'm asking you, fellow Dakkaites, to recommend, or rather tell me, what good bits I should get in order to change-up my OK lists a bit.

Regards,

I LOVE the Scibor "Slaughtermaster" myself.

Ah yes, I've seen that model before.
I wasn't convinced about it though; I'm not a huge fan of the overwhelming obesity inherent in the sculpt, but it otherwise looks very well detailed.
I was in fact considering the Alcomatir Barrel Slayer model that Scribor have for sale, as I think that would fit in perfectly into a until full of Bulls or Ironguts.

Wow, excellent - I really like the Avatars of War one. Could go quite well if I could fit a Battle Standard onto his back or something!
