Just like the title says: what are Dal'yth's Sept colors? I haven't gotten around to picking up any of the Damocles Crusade novels, and I'm hoping they have some information there. DoW used a dark purple, but the 6th Ed Codex has no information save a Dark Blue (maybe?) ring around the Dal'yth Symbol in the Fluff Section. Is there any depiction of Dal'yth troops in the novels? Provided non exist, does anybody have an opinion on what it should be? It is a Sept full of Water Caste and Aliens after all.

Note: While I do (eventually) intend to use this information for painting, I'm not sure what forum to post this question in. I think this is the right forum to post this in, if not, could a moderator please move this?

It was purple but I can also see it as a dark blue as well.
I would say the dark blue as the Vash'ya Sept uses purple. And as far as I can tell no one else uses dark blue.

If I where to paint it I would go with the Kantor Blue, and if you want it a little bit purple, maybe a 2:1 with Kantor and Naggaroth Night.

Ah. Yeah, Vash'Ya using a brighter purple gave me some confusion. Any idea on their regular Army Color? What is Dal'yth like? The summaries of battles I've read there seem to be forested with oceans. Though I was thinking of painting my detachment in Jungle Colors just for the fun (and crazy) Amazon Tree-Frog and Parrot-inspired Kroot I get to do. I'm worried that dark blue won't blend well.

Tau can attack anywhere and are likely to paint their armor in the appropriate colors for that role, but I'd like to flavor mine not as a defensive force, but as though their default role is based off of where they were born.
