Let me start by saying I'm not sure if this is the best place to enter my question, but please feel free to redirect me if not.
Have any of you had experience with a damaged Badger airbrush and their customer service? Prior to owning my Badger Renegade Rage, I had heard nothing but rave reviews about the customer service from Badger. I recently sent in a busted brush for maintenance as per the policy on their site. It has been a month though since having sent it and I haven't heard back. They cashed my check for return shipping a few weeks ago. I also e-mailed their customer support address a week ago but haven't heard back from there either. I realize the maintenance is practically free but at this point I'm going to need to buy a new airbrush. I wanted to stick with Badger because I really did enjoy the performance of the brush, but with this lack of responsiveness I'm not sure what to do.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Alternatively if you had an amazing customer service experience could you share that? I'm looking for a good estimate on turn around time because I have a couple of projects I'll need to work on that are time sensitive.
Thank you in advance for any knowledge you could share,
Joe

Hassle the hell out of them.

Call them, post on their Facebook page, ask on Twitter.

Sending one email when they have presumably misplaced your brush or had some issue with contacting you isn't them having terrible customer service, it is just not great service - sure, they shouldn't have lost your brush and should have got that one email you sent, but they didn't. Don't just give up on it. It is obviously a bad experience for you, but you need to at least try to get in contact with them.

Sorry about your brush, hopefully you get it resolved soon.

I had some problems with their paint and was unimpressed with the customer support I got at that time. I ended up solving my own problem so I didn't need to see it through with them to the conclusion, but the situation definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
