As far as the particular aesthetics of the piece, the first thing that came to mind is that early scene in Cars where the trio of tricked-out neon rice-rockets roll up on the sleepy semi truck. In that vein, I say give that pylon some hydraulics and a funky-ass baseline!

I have been and am still tempted to ground light it. I was contemplating what florescent to paint the bottom(or metalics for reflective enhancement) and then use some mW 405nm LED's I took from the trash at work to light up the ground. Not sure If Ill have to cut a hole in the bottom to pull this off or If I can deadbug a circuit and supply to fit in the circular recession in the bottom of the 'lith.

I just keep putting it off because deadbugging is something I do for work and have a hard time motivating myself to do at home. and board layout while easy is moderately pricy to have fab'ed for what I need (price of a model).

As always ideas are welcome (I may not implement them but someone else may and do it even better!)
