The way the Jester works classically is that he has an additional win condition - get lynched first.

So he wins if he is lynched first. The game doesn't end and another role can also get a win condition - but the Jester would have also won.

Next time I run a game(probibly not til maybe Feb? depending on Manchu's game), I'll deffinately make a jester character

Dunno yet. It'll probably depend on whether it's a basic game or he gives it more complicated rules.
