Oh Mewtwo lost the strongest of the strong long ago. His mega-form is stupid high stats though but I'm going to ignore that. Pretty much any title legendary from 3rd on has been far stronger than Mewtwo. I'm mixed on legendaries, part of me concurs there are two many and another is fine with everything except a generation 4 number of legends and arceus.
