I was right about it being a canned response.
Should I not have shared my experience about receiving canned responses before? If I would have known I'd be summarily dismissed, I would have looked for more evidence.

This is not good news for SOB, because they're still sending out canned responses to quarries and not even evidence that they read the mail they receive.

Well, it isn't a badge of honor winning arguments against angsty teenagers upset about criticisms to their favorite hobby. But I'm still scratching my head about why having common curtesy is such a big hurdle for you.

as a guy that has worked in customer support, God I hate those mails. I have to do hundreds of mails, a lot of them asking the same question. YES I will be using canned responses. Writing the same response for the thousandth time would be idiotic to say the least, and PLEASE make your mail skimmable. Again, I read hundreds of mails a day. I am GOOD at skimming. But when you write in character like this, it forces me to read your whole little story. So now I'm skimming and mostly catching things about the emperor.

And in a company with GW's policies of secrecy, I can tell you this: You will find out about releases at the same time as the support, or just before them if you browse the GW webpage frequently. They will be told exactly nothing about a release until it's on the webpage. They MAY be in a position where they might hear a rumour, but one whisper of that would get them fired faster than you could say "finecast." And your ignorance or lack thereof on the release schedule of SOB isn't close to worth their jobs to them.

And in the end it got the exact same response that was expected the last dozen times this thread was created.

Sadly GW doesn't want my SoB money, so they just sit in a drawer waiting. :/

Bump for what? Sisters aren't happening. There's nothing new on the GW page. Even the whispers of rumors on new Sisters are 4 months old at this point and not growing in frequency.
