I can't stomach Asterions constant whining so killed him.

I don't like Gnomes, halflings etc so try not to save them but sadly they are part of the plot :( The windmill gnome - depends on which leaver you pull

I have one of that potion - its rare IIRC

I tend to go with me (Sorcerer/fighter), Shadowheart, Laz and Karlak as I enjoy a bit of melee- the game is relazex enough that you can play with any part without having to meta game at all

I AM A MARINE PLAYER

"Unimaginably ancient xenos artefact somewhere on the planet, hive fleet poised above our heads, hidden 'stealer broods making an early start....and now a bloody Chaos cult crawling out of the woodwork just in case we were bored. Welcome to my world, Ciaphas."
Inquisitor Amberley Vail, Ordo Xenos

"I will admit that some Primachs like Russ or Horus could have a chance against an unarmed 12 year old novice but, a full Battle Sister??!! One to one? In close combat? Perhaps three Primarchs fighting together... but just one Primarch?" da001

so question for you guys.
lets say one of my guys is ungrouped and he goes off on his own.
if he gets in to a combat situation how do i get the rest of the party involved?
it seems like when the game starts running initiative it always excludes the guys not in the fight so i never have a chance to get them involved.

There is no timer on turns. The character in combat can remain idle during his turn. Then switch to the ones running around in real time and once they get into aggro range, they'll join the combat and be added to the initiative order. You may have to move all characters into the combat 1 by 1.

Never really had much use for folks not sticking together. I usually only ungrouped during jumping to prevent the characters jumping back and forth(fething annoying, not sure if there is an option for folks to not auto jump). Or when I needed/wanted to rob someone. Talked to the vendor, which focuses the vendor on the character talking, switch to your thief and steal away. And of course any situation that required one character (the temple trials). 99.9% of the game, they were grouped.

Nope.
I did it on purpose every time except my current 'just screwing around' hobby (I'd call it a run, but its inadvertently turning into 'what can I break?').
Honestly, to some degree, I regret not walking away this time, too. His personality and his backstory is very insufferable D&D nerd cliche.

Efficiency is the highest virtue.

You don't lose anything by not having a companion other than the companion's dialogue.
Even companion quests that lead to boss fights can be accessed if you never recruited the companion.

The only way we can ever solve anything is to look in the mirror and find no enemy

Physical copies (PC/Xbox/PS5) in a collectors edition will be available directly from Larian Studios.

Lots of little bits and bobs though I think the box being the size and shape of the BG and BG2 collectors boxes is a nice touch.

Amidst the mists and coldest frosts he thrusts his fists against the posts and still insists he sees the ghosts.
