Hey all,

I just wanted to ask about Eldar Warlocks in unbound allied lists, based on unbound rules im presuming it is fine to take them as i can take any model in my collection.

My main question is do their rules of attaching to units still apply? So they can only join the specific units stared in the dex? Or because im unbound can they join any unit?

Thanks

Unbound just allows you to take any units you like; it doesn't alter unit rules. The rule for Warlocks splitting off and joining units is very specific.

Unbound affects what units you can take. It does not alter other rules.

They are not ICs, so have no general rule allowing them to join a unit. This means you need permission to join them to aunit, which is gained through their specific rules.

Ok cool, thought that would be the case, just wanted to double check.

Cheers guys
