When I picked up the 7e BRB, I was surprised by there only being one set of Command Benefits (Both CAD and Allied got Objective Secured, CAD also got Ideal Mission Commander). Now that I've read the Ork Codex, I see both the Ork Warband Formation and Ork Horde Detachment have Command Benefits. In regards to the Ork Warband, Command Benefits just seems to be the new term for Formation Special Rules? What about other army DETACHMENTS? Are there any at this point? Should there be any others? It makes sense to me to have a FoC for Orks with more than 6 Troops. Mobs and mobs of Boyz and Gretchin is, essentially, the bread and butter of the Orks. Are there other armies that should/could/would have a different FoC from the standard? I know Inquisition and Legion of the Damned have "unique" FoC detachments, but since those codices (and I use the term loosely) came out in 6th edition before the Command Benefits existed, should we expect an addendum?

I could see codex-adherent SM chapters getting 'Battle Company' (3-6 troops, 1-2 FA, 1-2 HS, Must be Tactical, Assaults and Devs), Assault Company (more FA) and Devastator Company (more HS).

Indeed. In many ways it is a step towards army-specific force organisation on a wide scale that rewards you for taking fluffy choices with actual battle-field benefits. Orks also have a few unique Maelstrom objectives too, which is a nice touch.
