Does the codex replace the powers in it with the Sanctic powers or does it continue to use the same ones even now?

There was an update for the e-codex on the Black Library site. It updates each Inquisitors' access to psychic disciplines. Re-download it through your BL account.

I can't see anything about them not suffering perils on a double though...

Only Grey Knights get that honor.. Inquisition ain't that pure!
