I responded to a post by Guilldog selling/trading Grey Knights in June. We were able to come to an arrangement where I had a number of space marine models shipped to him from the Warstore and in return he traded me the Grey Knights. I placed the order on 06/20/14 with the last of the items arriving (I'm guessing a warehouse issue) the first week of July. The last message was sent by him on 7/14. I have sent two further replies, but nothing back from him so far. I XXXXX'ed out the addresses, since I think that is the policy. I can provide all tracking numbers and addresses on my end if I need.

If anyone (since he is listed as multiple friends) can reach this guy and find out what is going on, I would greatly appreciate it.

Your post works out really well for me since my son is getting into 40k, and decided he wants to play GK.
I do not have the lot you have listed, but I am willing to buy from an online retailer and have them shipped to you. I can send you the tracking number, etc as soon as I get it.
Otherwise I'm willing to send cash via pay-pal.
I would like pictures if at all possible before I send payment (either way), and would like to know how you want to handle shipping. Especially since it looks like you are in Hawaii and I'm not sure what shipping costs inland are like.
I've only got a single post on Dakka (really long time lurker though) so I would need to ship/pay first.

Looks like the majority of yours should be arriving today. I think they had a day or so delay in the 6th drop pod, but it should be there in the next few days.

I got everthing except one drop pod and vulkan. I had a bit of a family emergency and came up a little short on cash. I will be shipping all of your portion of the trade one the 1st if thats ok.

The last drop pod should be almost there. The invoice lists 5/6 shipped on the drop pods for the initial shipment. Since I got the enclosed e-mail the next day, I'm guessing they had to get the last one from another warehouse.
I have Vulkan on hold at my FLGS, but I haven't been able to get in to pick it up the last week with my work schedule. Should be able to pick up this weekend and mail Monday or Tuesday.
Monday should be fine.

I am willing to work with him on this, despite the annoyances. I honestly don't have a whole lot of choice at this point. Although in hind sight, with the way things have been going, I would not have started this trade.

Ask for a pic of the returned package. Seems every scam always has "it came back to me" somewhere in the conversation.

I had a square deal with him before(huge trade). I have to think he's is a hard spot. The story of him moving from Hawaii and getting out of Army is true.

I also have a trade that I did with Guilldog - I have texted him I think... He was in Hawaii in the Army but then went civilian, so has been in the middle of a move - he reassured me he would be shipping his half soon but it has been about a month now.... I think hes just broke now.

I had a previous successful trade with him, and it was timely etc, this is just ridiculous though. I dont feel the need to make my own transaction report, but if you need any info please PM me

@Byte and norrec65 - That is kind of why I waited almost a month before posting a report here. As I told him, I had really good friends who had to transition from military to civilian life and it was not easy on them. I think we will eventually get this worked out, but I still wanted to get everything documented just in case I needed it.

Right, he seems like a nice enough guy - and I have traded with him before! Just need him to get proactive on making things right. Its around 125 retail I have been waiting on while he has my merchandise.

Ive got about $500 retail tied up in this one, so I'm really hoping to get it worked out.

Worst part is that my son's birthday is tomorrow and I've got an IOU on a 40k army for him. The FLGS has nothing for his choice, so I now get to break that too him. Wasn't his only present, but it was his only larger item.

Just having a hard time after moving back from hawaii, with the finding a house and shipping the car and getting a new job
the army kinda screwed up my paper work so i wasnt able to start school right away like planned and fell into a hard spot
financially. In both packages I included extra models. In Faeted packages I included Coteaz, Draigo and extra NIB grey knights.
and in Norrecs packaged i included extra NIB Grey Knight Terminators. I know it doesnt make up completely for missing
his sons birthday or for the long wait time but its the only type of compensation i have at the moment. When i get more stable
financially i will work something out with both of them to repay them for the trouble. They have both been very understanding
and patient with me and im very grateful for that. Had i been me waiting this long i would have posted a report a lot sooner
than he had. So thanks again to both of you for giving me the benefit of the doubt and being so patient and im sorry for causing
you both so much trouble. I should have waited until i was moved to try and set up a trade. It was a mistake i dont plan on making
again .
