So my army is Eldar with Dark eldar allies, i have been painting and building the dark eldar section as a streamlined "its just eldar army" (mainly due to the tantalus) So my Venoms look the part, so does the tantalus, heck even Lelith looks ok, but i have been wondering about what to use as warriors for my troops choices, few options i thought of;

1 - Eldar Guardians - I don't run any in the main force but im slightly worried about doing this as it may lead to questions/confusion
2 - Shadow warrior bodies with splinter rifles- Not had a proper look, just came across it when i was kit bashing the models before

hard to say, i did the opposite though.

i have a big dark eldar army with eldar allies. all the eldar are made to look dark.

wave serpent has tons of blades and fins. looks menacing.
wraithknight also has blades in key places on his body.

the dire avengers are the new kabalite warrior bodies but I gave them all the shurkien weapons that dire avengers use. just ordered the bits.

my seer council consists of the OLD reaver jetbikes with the spikes and then i bought windrider parts. used the legs and torso plus the head, then i used dryad bits to giev them antlers etc. added the shuriken gun under the bike, gave them spears. i think they look awesome. my conversions have gotten pretty rad but i still cant/dont like to paint so they never end up fully finished.

i recently converted about 50 OLD kabalite models by buying bits for current splinter weapons and swapping the arms. i liked the old torsos and thought they looked a little more regal. hated the guns though. the new splinter rifles bring the models up to date enough.

probably doesnt help your question, but the models convert nicely. i find the old kabalite warriors look eldary. maybe do what i did... grab some old models super cheap and then buy the bits. its cheap, quick, easy, looks cool.
