This has been resolved through paypal, but only as a result of paypal's work and good customer service was I able to get the value of what I paid for.

I paid for the following items from Bakuninprowler88 on the 6th of June:
Tohaa Neema Satar
Tohaa Ectros Regiment with HMG
Tohaa Clipsos Sniper
Atalanta ALEPH Sniper
Steel Phalanx Starter

a few days later I was told that he had shipped the item. Come the end of the month the item had not arrived. He told me that if it did not arrive within a week from that point that I would recieve a refund. A week later after no communication i was told by him that he had shipped a second package out via standard air mail, and that i should arrive in that time. No contact, and when the item did not show I opened a case with paypal. I then received images of the said item he sent, telling me that he had sent both via economy shipping (not airmail as he had told me about the second package) and that it was too expensive to ship to florida any other way. I escalated the case, and he immediately provided tracking and emailed me saying that the original package had returned and that was the one he sent to me with tracking.

Today I received the package, minus Neema Satar, almost 2 months after I paid for the items from him. Because he refused to give a partial refund, paypal worked with me to get the value of the missing item. On top of that, the package i received today was exactly the same item he showed me pictures of and said it was the second package.

In conclusion, I have been lied to several times by this seller, and on top of that have had to wait almost 2 months for merchandise. He was very difficult to deal with, lied, and I believe is just an all-around dishonest seller that should not be bought from/sold to.

I do admit this transaction doesn't put me in a good light, but I did offer the buyer a full refund if the items were sent back to me.

I have the same problem, I recently opened paypal claim against him. He seem to heve more accounts on this forum.

I have dealt with this guy before and have never had a problem, in fact the deals went through great!, all I can say is for the prices your paying for the items, just have a little patience, when shipping is international... it takes time sometimes and is quick as heck others!

3 weeks and he even dont bother to send email...week and he even dont respond to paypal claim...yeah patience...

Same for me, my money were refunded, but with no explanation and no communication at all from the seller.
