Does he have rules/stats in any of the HH rulebooks yet?

Yes.

The rules for him, Rogal Dorn and the Imperial Fists army list is located in the 3rd Horus Heresy book, Extermination.

He's pretty beastly. Strength 6 initiative 6 with an AP2 weapon that has instant death in challenges.

I remember seeing his stats on a picture around here, so if its not in the latest book, chances are he's in the next one.

He also has rules in the two codices that cover all the current HH stuff.

He is a beast, apart from Primarchs, nothing really stands a chance against him in combat. Plus he has got EW too.

And he is an unstoppable beast in challenges. I use him all the time and he can stand toe to toe with a primarch for a few rounds, hell he's even killed fulgrim a few times for me ( my dice gods favour sigismund lol)

Yes he does - and he's one big, mean character grinding machine. His stats in HH3: Extermination are pretty interesting, and his best and only role is to ruin HQ's lives by challenging them and possibly insta-killing them with his AP2 blade.

You don't have to buy book 3. You can just get these two books for the basic list and the legion specific characters, units, and Primarchs to-date.
