Hi Folks,

Im gonna have a Game against an imperial Knight Army.
The Guy is fielding them since a few weeks and no one was able to beat them.
And I wanna be the one!!!!
He is usually fielding a cerastus Knight lancer and the Rest is normal imperial knights.
The Army i want to field is my eldar Army.
I plan on bringing 2 wraithknights with wraithcanons, 2x 5 wraithguard with wraithcanons in serpents with brigth lances, wraithlord with brightlances, and a lord of war,my eldar Cobra Type II.
The plan seems simple..soak those guys in Str 10 firepower and lance Shots.
Beförderung i forget, its a 1850 points game.
Someone has an idea how to improve the list and what to add?!? I have nearly every eldar Model so that shouldnt be a problem.
Hope for Good imputs

I still think basic waveserpent spam is going to get you pretty far... Use first turn to flat out to many different angles of the board, keep your shields up first turn.

Just try to get a few side shots in against them with your serpents., and keep the wraithknights in the front so that he has to keep the shields aimed towards the S10 weapons.

It'll be a pretty daunting task regardless. I'm not sure sinking a lot of points in Wraithguard is that good an idea. Their short range against those knights might screw things over considerably. You'll get one shot out of them at best. Same with Firedragons.

Waveserpents and maybe even warwalkers with outflank could throw a spanner in the works for him though.

Crimson hunter would be a major annoyance for a full knight army.

The boy, I say, the boy is as sharp as a sack of wet mice...

Lets see, bright lances on everything that can carry them... transports with 3+ covers saves on the move... Str 10 MCs... yeah I think you'll be fine.

Just be sure to focus fire one at a time and don't deploy your Wraithguard in a position where they can be assaulted by other IKs. Remember that IKs can not ignore terrain so use your mobility to your advantage.

The combo of Serpent spam and Wraithknights could do the trick.
I'd include two units of Fire Dragons in Serpent.

Don't forget Swooping Hawks. Mine are already 2/2 in IKs killed that I faced. 3 basic squads and you have 18 Haywire grenades between all of them. That's super scary for any vehicle.
