I am new to Dakka, because I wasn't getting much response on my Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/TrooperRazors

Basically I've just started collecting a Space Wolves army, and with plenty to paint expect frequent updates.

I appreciate all feed back.

Here is my first Space Wolf.

Not bad at all! 2 small things I noticed on your model that I think can be improved.

You should add some gold trim to your models, SW are quite known for that runic gold.

The snow effect is great! but make sure you don't overdo it. your model looks like standing rigid on a snowstorm for too long, the bolter and powersword arm shouldn't accumluate that many snow if it was swinging around with it.

Thanks very much. There is a few from this batch which are now already based and snow effected. (fortunately not quite to the same degree) but for my next lot I'll keep it in mind. Thanks!

I you want to put snow on the mini, the locations I suggest is in the hair/beards of the joints of the armor where it is most likely to stick.

Not a bad job, but one piece of advice:
Stay away from actually painting eyes unless you're sure you can nail it. It takes a lot of practice and precision to get eyes right.
As it stands, your Space Wolf has googly eyes, which isn't an ideal (eye-deal?) situation.

Most models look fine without eyes painted, with flesh tones and washes doing the work for you.

And this is just personal taste, but don't flock/texture the edges of your bases. It usually ends up looking odd.
