11 boyz, plus nob upgrade in a trukk

11 boyz, plus nob upgrade in a trukk

Morkanaut, grot riggers and kustom Force Field.

Battlewagon, 19 ork boyz, with nob upgrade.

All this comes to 1,497 points its just for friendly games... so any constructive criticism i'd really appreciate it. I'm going to a fairly aggressive with a little back up

From my experience, I have never been very successful in using trukks. They die so quickly, give up first blood, and have the chance to kill so many of your boyz if you don't have 'eavy armor. I've found footslogging them with a pain boy or mek with KFF to be more beneficial. In my opinion, upgrade them to 'eavy armor so that they have a chance to live, or travel by food in a herd.

Da lukky stikk for the boss and put him in a wagon with boyz. Manz will do good in a truck by themselves.

Morkanaught doesn't fit your rush theme too well. Better get another wagon full of boyz or more big gunz - you'll need those.

Tough-as-Nails Ork Boy





I have great luck with trukks.

Turn 1, full speed to the best cover near where you want them to be.

Turn 2, Move 6", dismount 6", tie up some units.

If it explodes, it explodes. Congratulations, you still have orks to deal with. Trukks are like ork dispersal grenades, and I'm okay with that.

Works even better with nobz, or megnobz who wont die when it explodes.

And if the trukk doesnt die, it makes an efficient roadblock, tank shocker (to push units back or cluster then closer), or sometimes getaway wagon. Be suprised how many opponents ignore a trukk with nothing in it. And if they spend a turn shooting it, thats even better. Thats less boyz they shot.

The morkanaut will be stuck alone.
If you don't have 1st turn, your meganobz will be stuck all game in the back of the field. And at least another trukk should be gone.
That will give you only 3 trucks to move on the field.

I also prefer to give the "lucky stick" to the Warlord.
