About half a year ago I bought a lot of nids, but I rarely play them anymore. Currently I'm working on a nurgle army based on the Dark Vengeance models.

My question is, how would you go about converting a assembled Hive Crone into a Helldrake?

EDIT: Im thinking of running a baleflamer, so the drool cannon could be counted as that maybe, thats what im thinking atleast.
